Markdowns overlap the side panes when a terminal is maximized

Issue Type: <b>Bug</b>

When maximizing a terminal window, if a Jupyter notebook is open, the markdown cells are rendered over the side panes (e.g. explorer pane) and you cannot click on the panes, as well.

Wrong kernel when running a Jupyter Notebook!

I reinstalled Jupyter extension and it fixed the issue. I can no longer replicate the conditions of the issue to check the insider version.

Wrong kernel when running a Jupyter Notebook!

I compared Jupyter's log when it opens a blank notebook and my own notebook, and removed all metadata that were different. Still, findPreferredKernel for blank notebook can find my environment's Python, and it cannot find it for the saved notebook.

Wrong kernel when running a Jupyter Notebook!

Issue Type: <b>Bug</b>

I have a virtual environment, and my workspace (containing multiple folders) is set to run in that environment (first image). However, when I open a Jupyter notebook, although it shows that kernel initially (second image), when I run a cell, it switches to another kernel and demands installing ipykernel (third image). If I attempt to change the kernel, my intended kernel is not in the list (last image)! Sometimes, opening a new notebook and running something in it fixes the issue with this specific file, sometimes not.

`reportUnboundVariable` warning in simple if conditions

In a code like the one below, pylance fails to realize that the variable cannot be unbound, and produces reportUnboundVariable error:

def test(index, some_list):
    if index > 1:
        some_variable = some_list[-1]

    # some other code

    if index > 1:
        print(some_variable)

Note that the second condition, where the variable is being used, might not necessarily be the same condition, but rather a more strict condition than the first (index>3 for example)
