#169 Rewrite MutationObserver template to check for style injection

VS code changed the boot sequence for theme styles and the previous MutationObserver code wasn't always firing in the correct sequence.

The updated template checks that Synthwave '84 theme is active, and that the theme style tag is present in the DOM. Next it creates a separate observer to watch the style tag for the initial theme injection. Once that fires, it bootstraps Neon Dreams as before.

More C/C++ color support

This commits changes the color of macros like #include and #define to green, and the const modifier to red:

Before / After color1

Also, a little change to the placeholders in C, now they are green and italics. This helps to differentiate them from the escape characters:

Before Anotación 2020-05-07 201518

After Anotación 2020-05-07 200650

This changes in color also applies to C++ now.

Thank you for this awesome theme, I love it so much. ^^

VS code has changed its boot sequence, so the code I've been using to hook into it doesn't always fire at the same time. I'm updating it to use a different approach, which I'll release once I'm sure it is working consistently.

Change color of C placeholders

In other VSCode themes, the C placeholders (like %i, %d, %p, etc) have a different color, it helps to identify them in a string.

In this theme, are almost the same color.

Anotación 2020-04-25 161239

It would be nice to have them in a different color, like the \n character.

Checking if the file path has cache busting Netlify doesn't allow for `?` in filenames. Because the plugin names files from the name in the HTML the cached string on the end is being added to the filename. Here I'm splitting the filename into an array wherever there's a `?` and only taking the first part. I think this is the best place to do so?

However there is no moonlight.css file there. Can you please let me know where I can find that? Or perhaps you can update it as well to match with the styling of my VSCode?

Enable Custom CSS and JS not working

After doing ALL the steps to enable to glow effect, I Cmd + Shift + P to open the command palette and run the "Enable Custom CSS and JS", VSCode doesn't prompt me to start up like it does when I ran the "Restart Custom CSS and JS" command, so therefore, I am not able to get the get the glow effect I want. Thanks

Enable Custom CSS and JS not working

Not sure if you are still having issues but, as Synthwave has been updated to no longer need this plugin, I'd advise updating to the latest version and following the updated instructions.

@Pixelshot That's brilliant. I was unaware that extension existed and it's awesome. I'll update the docs to recommend it. Thanks!!

Something is wrong with the style on activity bar

Hello, after updating VS Code the border on the left-hand-side on active items has changed. It acts weird when you switch between the active items. I was wondering if it's some bug or it's intended. I hope for your help!

I've just pushed a patch to fix this issue. The weird white flash is something VS code does on all themes now, and I haven't quite gotten to the bottom of why

Glow colors changed after VSCode update

As of Synthwave v0.1.0 the custom CSS method was replaced with a different means of enabling the glow. You can enable the glow from the command palette (cmd + shift + p / ctrl + shift+ p) by selecting 'enable neon dreams'. This will only enable the glow colours associated with this theme though.

I'm afraid I can't say I know much about the Moonlight.css though as it appears to be from a different theme that has linked to my (now deprecated) install instructions. If you have a customised / forked version of the CSS, then you will need to update the css classnames manually to restore the colours. Sadly, It's a bit of a pain to do, and was the primary reason why the CSS method is no longer used.

Your Code installation appears to be corrupt. Please reinstall.

You can slick the little cog icon on the notification and choose "do not show this again". This message is expected as the neon updates the core files of VS code, which it recognises as being 'corrupted'. Everything will still work fine, but your header bar will say 'unsupported'
