Initial commit of Webstorm support

Hey @Gr33nbl00d, happy to review this for you if you would like.

I do have two concerns though:

  1. As a maintainer I don't use webstorm so would find it difficult to maintain this particular bit - happy to make you a maintainer as well though of this repo though if that's something you'd be interested in :)
  2. Does it make sense for your plugin to be split across multiple repositories? is it going to be difficult for you to maintain vs you having it all in one place that you control? - if the concern here is getting good visibility and promo for your plugin I'm happy to put up some links and promo for this plugin on the repo

Let me know your thoughts, thanks.

If it works that's fine it just looks like it's pointing at the js files and I thought you had to do things like set sourceMaps to true and such for this to enable you to work with TypeScript but maybe vscode has improved this if so hooray :)

I assumed that you'd have for example a "debug start" and "debug finish" that will supply the args relevant for that debugging session. The other option is you instead attach and ensure that the dev start process supplies the parameters to expose node's debugging port. Does that make sense?

Support for tests written with baseUrl in mind

I've been working on this for the next major release. It's already available in the vscode extension I believe if you wanna try it out. It requires the usage of the new .alsatianrc.json file.

If anyone wants to earn those jacket hacktoberfest points let me know and can give out some small pieces to be done for this and similar stuff :)

Use stricter tsc compiler options

Currently the only "strict" compiler option I see is:

    "noImplicitAny": true,

I use the following in my projects:

    "noImplicitAny": true,
    "alwaysStrict": true,
    "noImplicitReturns": true,
    "noImplicitThis": true,
    "noEmitOnError": true,
    "noUnusedLocals": true,
    "noUnusedParameters": true,

I was wondering if team would accept PR's that attempted to use stricter options?

Currently when I try to compile with the values above I see mostly "declared but never used" errors, which might be "easily" fixed:

$ tsc

Fix for test-runner `is used before being assigned`

Without this change TSC is correctly giving warnings that currentTestFixtureResults and currentTestResults are used before being assigned.

Also, with this change but not using stricter compiler option test coverage is missing for line 89, which means currentTestResults is always valid. But if I put that then portion of if (currentTestResults) { into if (currentTestFixtureResults && (!previousTestItem || previousTestItem.test !== testItem.test)) { _runTests will fail.

It seems this loop is a little odd and maybe needs some refractoring, but I'm not sure exactly how it works so I need some guidance.

Print test filename for easier "go to file" on integrated terminals like VS Code

I suggest to add the filename (relative to the project root, or absolute if it's a trouble to make), in which the Assertion has failed, so it is easier to navigate to that file on integrated terminals like the Visual Studio Code Terminal (You can Alt+Click any absolute or relative file path and it will open in the same editor)

Actual:

Also @Gr33nbl00d do you need a publish for this? We're still working on 4.0.0 but if you do I'll be happy to publish a preview edition on npm

Inctroduced Callback test runner to seperate test execution logic from presentation / printout logic

Introduced callback test runner to be able to have different processing logic / output logic of test results / progress. Also seperates execution logic from presentation logic / printout logic. Reason for this: For the new alsatian webstorm plugin i did the commincation via an rest interface. Because of this is needed a way to send rest requests on test events (start/finish/failure)
