Ask questionsCan you turn off the Microsoft Python Language Server?
This morning my computer crashed while I was getting coffee. When I rebooted it it got very slow after a while, so I checked the system monitor and the MS Python Language Server was using around 7 gigabytes of memory. I'm now sitting here working with the system monitor open, periodically killing the language server so it doesn't eat my RAM.
Is there an option to turn off the language server? It seems like the functionality is sufficiently unstable that an option to turn it off is necessary.
