service is staring using default ports

Hello,

I've downloaded and installed the following vflow version vflow-0.4.1.amd64.rpm. on centos7 and I've updated the vflow.conf to run on customized ports; however it seems that the vflow service starts using the default ports specified in the documentation. Are there any additional configurations needed for the service to run on other ports?
