Missing UID property for VEVENT

Has this been implemented? I know it's been a while, but I think this is making an issue with my project as when importing a .ics into calendars, it seems to override the previous import

Windows doc gens show ^M chars

This seems to do with how newline characters in Windows are handled in VIM.

From DOS vs. Unix Line Endings:

DOS/Windows uses a Carriage Return + Line Feed (<CR><LR>) (\r\n) Unix/Linux just uses a Line Feed (<LR>) (\n)

From How Is Newline Handled in Python and Various Editors?:

When you use e ++ff=unix3 to force Vim to treat this file as a unix file. Vim will then treat the \n characters as newline, thus removing it from the buffer. But the \r characters in the file will now be treated as normal characters and will be shown as ^M

How can I save the .ics file on my server?

I strongly advise against it. It's a security risk. There are also php ics generators you should rather use them. This way the user can't manipulate the file.

Andrew Parker

commit sha 2ed2fe503e313f21462442b9a0f1640f868ba1e2

Andy/Andrew: Start & Stop apps in dep order The nightly refresh of latest-timdb caused an error from the TIM every night because abacus was shut down first. Based on the dependencies between the apps in stacks, Abacus needs to be shut down after TIM. This change does a simple (very simple) topological sort of the dependents of the target (TIM DB in the real case) so that that the used service is shut down after the using service.
