fix: disable truncation on Windows

--- This module provides an interface to Neovim's statusline generator using Lua FFI+-- This module provides an interface to Neovim's statusline generator using LuaJIT FFI++-- Since LuaJIT FFI doesn't work properly on Windows when referring to Neovim internals,+-- return dummy functions instead on Windows.+if vim.loop.os_uname().sysname == 'Windows' then

On Windows 10, vim.loop.os_uname().sysname == 'Windows_NT', I'm using vim.fn.has("win32") in my init.lua to test Windows.

@famiu can you disable "smart truncaction" on Windows til neovim team fix that issue, or add an option for Windows users to disable that. I read the changelog and cleaned up those winids in my statusline configuration, updated feline.nvim then feline became not compatible to Windows 😑

Fix calling zoxide from cmd.exe in Windows

 return function(opts)    local z_config = require("telescope._extensions.zoxide.config")   local cmd = z_config.get_config().list_command--  opts.cmd = utils.get_default(opts.cmd, {vim.o.shell, "-c", cmd})+  local shell_arg = "-c"+  if vim.o.shell == "cmd.exe" then

I just tested powershell7,nyagos,evlish,nushell with "/c" in Windows, they work fine, only old cmd.exe and yori.exe needs "-c" flag.

PR closed axelf4/vim-strip-trailing-whitespace

Fix b:strip_trailing_whitespace_enabled behavior.

When let b:strip_trailing_whitespace_enabled = 0, we should not add listener to the buffer.
