About The Reference To PhoneGap
About The Reference To PhoneGap
PhoneGap announced on August 11, 2020 that development for PhoneGap and PhoneGap Build products will end on October 1, 2020.
Alternatives
PhoneGap offers other alternatives for applications that carry the PWA feature:
Conclusion and Recommendations
I find it inconvenient to be cited in the document as PhoneGap has completed its lifetime. Alternatives to PhoneGap can be evaluated.

Cannot debug .NET Framework 4.7.2 unit test from "Debug Test" code lens in VSCode
Ok I added both of those things and I have the same problem.
I'm really not sure why my unit test process that gets kicked off (which I'm assuming is the NUnit3TestAdapter package) is running in 32 bit. It hasn't done that in the 1.5+ years that I've been working in this repository, it just started recently. What determines the platform that the test adapter process runs at? Is it Omnisharp? Or the C# package? Or VSCode?
If anyone has anymore information about any of this, I'm willing to try any sort of fix. I'd also like to know if anyone can reproduce this problem.
Thanks for your help so far @gregg-miskelly!

At the following link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/get-started/enable-your-device-for-development#developer-mode-features
The following is written:
Developer Mode replaces the Windows 8.1 requirements for a developer license.
Is there still supposed to be references to Windows 8.1 here?

@fernandodandrea I hear you. I'm just looking for another avenue by which to shine some light on this, or if there might be some sort of hidden, broader issue that's confounding things.

@fernandodandrea I'm assuming you're kidding with me 😄 I know VS Code has facilities built-in to gather telemetry data, I'm just curious if omnisharp-vscode is taking advantage of that, and if so, what kinds of analysis they're doing.
My point is that 1) the bug is clearly widespread, just Google for it (I did so, as I always assume there's something wrong with my system before thinking bug) and 2) there are plenty of reports here, with logs and all. The moment they look at this there will be plenty of people willing to give away more data, if needed. I could even pinpoint myself (and I hope others can confirm this or not) the problem is with the extension itself.
I don't quite see what telemetry would be about in this issue. I'm kind of disappointed nobody from MS seem to have taken a look at this, sure. Not so sure telemetry would change this.
