@e0i I'm afraid I don't handle the CSP docs anymore. If you get in touch with Daniel Simpson (dansimp@microsoft.com), he'll be able to tell you who the current writer who approves CSP-related pull requests is.

Update diagnostics-role-service.md

Connections that don't reach Windows Virtual Desktop won't show up in diagnostic ## Common error scenarios -Error scenarios are categorized in internal to the service and external to Windows Virtual Desktop.+The WVDErrors table tracks errors across all activity types that are tracked by the service. The column ServiceError provides an additional flag that helps you to understand whether the issue is or isn't related to the service. If the column states:+* True: this issue can't be mitigated on your side and recommendation is to raise a support ticket under Windows Virtual desktop if you notice an unusual high occorunce.

Can we try this?

If the value is "True," this issue needs to be investigated by the service team. If this impacts user experience or appears a high number of times, we recommend you submit a support ticket for Windows Virtual Desktop.

If the value is "False," this is a local service issue that you can possibly fix yourself. The error message can give you a clue about where to start.

Make sure that the spacing's in alignment. I don't exactly know how to do it GitHub-only, but your best bet would probably be to go to the raw text and see if the bullet points are in line with each other.

I don't know if I got the spacing right because pull requests made in the public repo can't build preview versions, but please make sure the spacing and alignment of the bullets in this new section exactly matches the entries above and below it.

Update VM Details - Clarification around OU format

To set up your virtual machine within the host pool setup process: 10. After that, select whether you want the virtual machines to be joined to a specific domain and organizational unit. If you choose **Yes**, specify the domain to join. You can also add a specific organizational unit you want the virtual machines to be in. + >[!NOTE]+ >**DO NOT** enter the Active Directory Organizational Unit Distinguished Name in quotations. If entered in quotations, the domain join deployment activity will fail.

Actually, "Don't enter the Active Directory Unit Distinguished Name with quotation marks around it. If you enter the name with quotation marks, the domain join won't work."
