Add RSA support on encodeString

I think that representing keys with hexadecimal characters in this PR would go against the precedents set by the encodeString and teaEncode functions to treat encryption keys as binary strings. Therefore, in my opinion, treating keys as binary strings in this PR minimizes Lua API perplexity.

issue commentmxre/winres

Doesn't work for Cargo packages with both a library and binary crate

It's sad to read that linking a DLL with a resources section does not work either, but I understand that this crate can't do anything about it. I guess I chose the best workaround for my situation then.

Anyway, what would you think about adding a small note in the crate documentation about this situation? I initially was clueless about why my Windows executables stopped having a nice icon, until I started digging and bisecting and traced it back to Cargo's design. I think such a note would save time from future crate users in my situation.

commit sha eb025456f2f0760077bb9205d5aeb9aa0870c30d

shader_file: add .glsl to the list of recognized extensions In the default resource pack, recent Minecraft versions (namely, 1.17) have additional shader files at assets/minecraft/shaders/include with the .glsl extension, which contain GLSL code that can be imported in other fragment and vertex shaders via the #moj_import preprocessor directive. PackSquash didn't recognize .glsl as a valid shader extension, so it skipped those files and broke resource packs which modified .glsl files and included shaders which relied on those modified files. Let's treat .glsl as a valid shader extension, alongside .fsh and .vsh.

chore: periodically test the action works with the latest build The PackSquash master branch may contain backwards-incompatible commits at some point in the future. To make sure that we do not unintentionally keep the action unsynced with such changes for an indefinite amount of time, periodically run the action with such build.

CI: update runner environments The latest Debian release, Bullseye, is pretty much equivalent to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS in terms of glibc and other package versions. Let's see if this upgrade fixes some weird errors when cross-compiling to ARM64. We don't really care about supporting an older Debian release anymore.

commit sha 7b4f421534297c223e97059a286a3f0bb89e5b06

CI: run build workflow weekly, even if nothing happens Running builds at least weekly guarantees that there is always a latest build artifact available for the GitHub Action and other consumers. It also helps making sure that PackSquash still works fine with newer versions of the Rust nightly toolchain, which sometimes introduce stricter Clippy checks or incompatible changes in unstabilized features.
